Any individual being a resident having a total income of up to Rs.50, 00,000/- having income from the salary, one house property and other sources like interest, etc. And agriculture income of up to Rs.5, 000/- shall use this ITR- 1 for reporting their income tax.

• Income from Salary/Pension
• Income from House Property
• Income from Other sources
• An individual – having above Rs.50 Lakhs cannot use this form Individuals are required to file an income tax return each year if they have taxable income of more than Rs.2.5 Lakhs
